Trade Terms

Main loading ports: Xiamen, China / Bangkok, Thailand

FOB — Free On Board

Most common; delivery at Xiamen or Bangkok port, freight paid by buyer.

CIF — Cost, Insurance & Freight

We arrange sea freight and insurance to your destination port; ideal for first-time FCL buyers.

EXW — Ex Works

Buyer arranges pickup or appoints a forwarder; suitable for experienced buyers with local agents.

Trade Cooperation

Payment

We accept the following payment methods to keep every transaction secure:

T/T wire transfer: 30% deposit + 70% balance against B/L copy; original B/L or telex release sent once the balance is received
L/C at sight: for orders of USD 50,000 or more, issued by a bank mutually accepted by both parties
Sample fee: PayPal / Western Union / T/T; sample fee and freight are borne by the buyer

We follow a strict payment-before-release principle to keep every transaction with our global customers safe. Final terms are subject to the signed Sales Contract (S/C) or Proforma Invoice (PI).

Delivery Assurance

Lead Time & Logistics

Standard lead time 20–30 days after deposit; peak season to be confirmed
FCL and LCL sea freight; Southeast Asian buyers can ship directly from our Thailand base
Samples and urgent orders by air: DHL / FedEx / UPS in 5–7 days
